I support Trish Nash for Henderson City Council Ward 3 for several reasons. She is the only candidate who has been active in the Henderson Chamber of Commerce for the past twenty years, including serving as chairman of the board. She has served on two City of Henderson boards—one as vice chair of the Comprehensive Plan Implementation Advisory Committee and also on our Citizens Advisory Council. She has extensive civic service with Living Grace Homes and is the founding president of St. Francis of Assisi Women’s Guild, and board member on their financial council. She was the president of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Las Vegas and invested her time last year to attend the Henderson Police Citizen’s Academy, and her resume goes on. As a residential real estate broker, she will provide the institutional knowledge needed for planning, zoning and ...development. Trish has the experienced leadership we need to be able to hit the ground running and has attended our bi-weekly Council meetings for the past year, so she knows the issues and has my endorsement.
